Job Summary

The Mail Clerk is responsible for prepping documents for scanning with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy while working efficiently. The role requires standing for extended periods (with seating available), occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and an openness to constant feedback to improve performance. This position may offer an opportunity to transition to a permanent role with Client after 320 hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Preparation & Scanning :
• Prepare and organize documents for scanning, ensuring accuracy and proper handling throughout the process.
• Efficiency & Attention to Detail :
• Work quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in document prep and scanning.
• Feedback & Improvement :
• Be receptive to continuous feedback, aiming to improve efficiency and work quality.
• Physical Requirements :
• Ability to stand for extended periods (with available chairs).
• Lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
