Job Summary :
The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the mailroom and copy / print center, ensuring the timely processing and distribution of mail and documents. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can multitask, adjust to shifting priorities, and focus on providing excellent customer service. This position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to manage tasks effectively between 7 : 00 am and 6 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage and coordinate the use of the copy / print center, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer urgency and importance.
- Perform general mailroom duties, including sorting, organizing, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry or document filing.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying workload demands during operating hours.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
