Candidates must meet the following experience requirements:
- IBM Mainframe Programming (COBOL/CICS/DB2):
- Minimum 5 years of full-time, paid experience designing, programming, and maintaining complex enterprise-level systems.
- JCL (Job Control Language):
- Minimum 5 years of full-time, paid experience in an enterprise mainframe environment.
- WV Drivers Enterprise Mainframe Database:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analysis and design within this system.
- Computer Associates DB2/IBM Tools (RC/Update and PRF):
- Minimum 3 years of paid, full-time experience.
- DMV Systems:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within any DMV system environment.
- Regulated Environment Experience:
- Experience working in state or federal regulated environments is required.
- Commercial Driver Licensing Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with federal/state legal requirements related to CDL.
- AAMVA Interface Experience:
- Familiarity and experience with:
- Commercial Driver's Licensing Information System (CDLIS)
- Problem Driver Pointer System (PDPS)
- Social Security Online Verification
- Unified Network Interface
- State-to-State (S2S) system
