Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory and Planning Associate to support inventory and planning functions within our BioDevice Production Assembly. In this role, you will work closely with inventory and logistics teams to fulfill material work orders, perform cycle counts, assess inventory requirements, and maintain accurate inventory balances. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the timely delivery of orders in alignment with device forecasts and demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Cycle Counting : Maintain accurate inventory balances by participating in the cycle count program and ensuring inventory levels are accurately tracked.
- Order Fulfillment : Fulfill manufacturing shop and customer orders in a timely manner, supporting device forecasts and demand requirements.
- Trend Analysis : Analyze inventory trends to improve inventory accuracy, reduce overall inventory value, and optimize stock levels.
- Inventory Planning Support : Provide assistance to the Inventory Planner by assessing inventory part requirements and safety stock levels.
- Logistics Support : Support logistics functions such as Shipping and Receiving as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Material Management : Collaborate with inventory and logistics colleagues to fulfill material work orders and ensure timely delivery of required parts.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the timely availability and delivery of materials and parts to meet production and customer requirements.
