Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Installation
- Assemble hardware components and install them into the mainframe of copiers and printers based on customer specifications.
- Follow standardized procedures and QA processes to ensure the product is functioning properly before shipping.
- Test assembled units, document findings, and make necessary adjustments to ensure functionality.
- Tool Usage
- Utilize various hand tools, including screwdrivers and nut drivers, to complete assembly tasks.
- Apply basic mechanical skills to assemble and troubleshoot equipment.
- Physical Requirements
- Lift and move units weighing up to 50 lbs, with assistance for lifting heavier items (two-person lifting required).
- Stand and walk during work shifts, though this is not extensive.
- Ensure proper lifting techniques and adhere to safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals and ensure timely shipment of products.
