Mechanical Engineer (Testing & Validation)
Location: On-Site
Hours: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data quality, running tests, and analyzing data. This role requires hands-on involvement with test requestors, and a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles. The candidate should possess expertise in testing, validation, verification, and failure mode analysis, as well as data analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Testing, Validation Testing, and Verification Testing on mechanical systems and devices.
- Perform Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and use 7-Step Problem Solving techniques.
- Utilize MATLAB for analysis and data processing.
- Analyze data and ensure process capability and quality control.
- Interface with test requestors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Provide input on design proposals, project feasibility, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in testing, validation, and data analysis.
- Strong background in Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and 7-Step Problem Solving.
- Experience in MATLAB and data analysis.
- Bonus: Coding background (for additional tasks).

Additional Information:
This is an onsite position. The selected candidate will need to be hands-on in their approach and interact with test requestors directly. Interviews will be conducted onsite when the manager is ready to proceed. The role involves both technical work and direct communication with other teams, making collaboration skills essential.
Salary : $35 - $38
