Oracle Developer

Position Overview : The CPQ Developer will join the Global SFDC / CRM / CPQ Team as an individual contributor, supporting CRM applications for various business functions, including Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process, with advanced experience in complex projects and configurations, scripting languages, and the ability to work independently when provided direction and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business functions (Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance) to understand ongoing maintenance, enhancements, project requirements, and capabilities.
• Document implementation plans, technical designs, and solutions.
• Identify and evaluate best practices for tool usage and make recommendations to management for improving functionality.
• Stay current with technology trends in CRM, including new enhancements and capabilities.
• Design and develop configurations and custom applications in a sandbox environment.
• Enhance commerce pricing / approval functions to support an evolving global business.
• Build reporting metrics.
• Design, implement, and support document output from CPQ to meet business and legal rules.
• Support and enhance the integration of CPQ with SFDC CRM and Oracle ERP.
• Test and validate changes to ensure functionality and integrity before moving to production.
• Ensure seamless operation of integrated systems.
• Keep CPQ version updated to the most appropriate version.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, simple, and easy to use, adhering to industry standards.
• Implement data integrity protocols to minimize data entry errors and ensure data quality.
