Job Summary :
Client, an independent bottling company, is seeking a Planner to join their growing team. The Planner will play a vital role in coordinating the needs of the business, customers, and associates through a centralized planning group. This role will support various functions, including sales support, equipment, vending, and distribution. A comprehensive training program is provided to help candidates succeed, regardless of industry or background. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics, planning support, or supply chain optimization, with a focus on ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning & Dispatching : Ensure timely and accurate planning and dispatching to meet established metrics.
- Collaboration with Management : Work closely with management teams to optimize scheduling, routing, and service efficiency.
- Cost Optimization : Utilize software tools to identify and implement the lowest cost solution based on business needs.
- Continuous Improvement : Actively contribute to the improvement of datasets and planning models to enhance service efficiency.
- Communication : Provide daily updates to management regarding labor and equipment needs.
- Problem-Solving : Analyze and resolve issues using logical reasoning, data analysis, and planning strategies.
- Customer Focus : Commit to delivering excellent service for both internal and external customers.
- Team Collaboration : Work as part of a cross-functional team to achieve business goals and improve operational performance.
- Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Required Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain support .

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience :
Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or supply chain optimization.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ORACLE, JDE).

Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are a plus, but not required.
