Job Title:- QA Analyst
Duration:- 3 - 6 Months Contract (With possible Contract-to-Hire)
Location:- Hybrid (3days/week) in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job Description:-
We are looking for a Senior QA analyst.
What You'll Do:
- Craft clear and effective BDD test scenarios and cases that align with our development goals.
- Perform thorough regression testing to identify any potential issues as a result of new functionality or features being deployed.
- Translate user stories into detailed test cases to ensure all functional requirements are met.
- Conduct manual tests to ensure the application’s functionality aligns with user expectations and requirements.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure a seamless development process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test cases and report any defects or issues to the development team promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and technologies to continually improve testing processes.
What You'll Need:
Required:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in QA testing roles.
- Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Behavior Driven Development.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web-based and e-commerce websites.
- Exceptional analytical skills to understand complex systems and detect potential issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
