Job Summary:
The Senior Associate is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing paperwork, supporting client service associates and operational staff, and ensuring accurate documentation for client accounts.

The Senior Associate will also prioritize project activities and maintain accurate documentation while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles
- Support client service associates and operational personnel
- Check inbound client documents for accuracy and notate all account activities
- Submit accurate forms for final processing to the service center
- Make outbound contact with clients both in writing and verbally concerning paperwork
- Define and prioritize project activities and track progress
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills in client interactions
- Use appropriate computer programs, such as MS Word, and input data into databases
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and database management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial services or document processing industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the financial services field
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
