What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Cloud Database Engineer position at Compunnel Inc.?
We're looking for a Cloud Database Engineer with strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and a solid background in AWS cloud environments. If you come from a DBA background and have experience migrating and managing databases in the AWS cloud, this role could be a great fit!
Key Requirements:
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL (must be Oracle PL/SQL development)
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Expertise in AWS Cloud
- Hands-on with Delphix
- Database virtualization experience (Delphix, Oracle ZFS is a plus)
- Ability to automate tasks with scripting (Python, Groovy, etc.)
What You'll Do:
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade Delphix every 60 days.
- Be part of an on-call rotation (not too frequent).
- Collaborate in a diverse and innovative team.
