As a Senior Guidewire Business System Analyst at Compunnel Inc., you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience working as a senior IT business system analyst for Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud implementations. They will possess a strong background in P&C insurance processes, Guidewire products, and their implementation, configuration, and customization.
You will lead strategy and requirement discussions, create precise requirement documents, and influence decision-making with a focus on business outcomes. Your excellent communication, negotiation, documentation, organizational, and planning skills will enable you to create strong relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. You will facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will have strong problem-solving skills, a strong sense of individual ownership, and accountability. Experience with MS Office Suite and Agile Scrum methodology using Agile Management tools such as JIRA/DevOps is highly desirable.
