Duration: 06 Months (with a possibility of extension)
Client: One of the largest Diesel Engines and Power Generators manufacturers.
Overview:
This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
Duties:
- Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities. May write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- May specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative application.
- Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability "
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5 years' of relevant experience
- The ideal candidate will need to have knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMAA.
- The knowledge of mini tab software and MS suites are a must for this role.
Salary : $41 - $45
