Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact with customers, either over the phone or at the branch.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information to ensure proper service.
- Create basic work orders in the appropriate systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide status updates to customers as requested, keeping them informed of service progress.
- Assist customers with any inquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism and helpfulness.
Required Qualifications:
