Job Description:
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to support Indirect Spend Categories (Technology, Professional Services, Facilities) with minimal supervision post-onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, negotiations, and contract management with strong analytical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Indirect Spend categories.
- Review, edit, and manage contract language to minimize cost and risk.
- Utilize SOX controls and apply a structured 5-7 step sourcing process.
- Conduct bid analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations.
- Drive RFX processes, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and contract management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SOX controls and structured sourcing methodologies.
- Proficiency in bid analysis & TCO assessments.
- Excellent project management, communication, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Team-oriented, data-driven, and highly collaborative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ariba Sourcing & Contract Workspace.
- Previous airline industry experience.
