Job Description:
5 years’ experience, preferably in Supply Chain
Exceptional in Microsoft excel
Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis

Core Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency in hold management, meticulously tracking progress and identifying areas for further refinement.
Serve as a subject matter expert in technical and operational flows, demonstrating a sharp eye for identifying root causes and developing detailed action plans to address issues.
Support the development and continuous improvement of standards, meticulously documenting processes and ensuring consistent implementation and improvement of systems.
Represent the team on calls with cross-functional partners, delivering clear, concise, and well-organized updates and action plans.
Lead Peak Planning and Management, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and proactively identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
