Key Responsibilities :
- Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand opportunities and chart a path forward.
- Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to iteratively inform design decisions.
- Own end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple products and projects.
- Clearly articulate your thinking throughout the design process, participating in reviews and work sessions to refine solutions.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing.
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure high-quality feature launches.
