Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the development and implementation of projects within their assigned functional area. They partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope. This role involves managing projects of varying complexity, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to establish performance goals, timelines, and project priorities.
• Design comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate regularly with project teams to provide updates on project status, risks, and overall progress.
• Monitor and manage the project budget, ensuring that all financial resources are allocated effectively.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and provide input into project timelines and plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks using quality tools and techniques, working with team members to develop solutions.
• Document project progress, team learnings, and key decisions to ensure transparency and knowledge-sharing.
• Assign resources to various project tasks and guide team members through all project phases, offering developmental feedback and coaching.
• Maintain accurate project records, databases, and reports for tracking project milestones and progress.
• Communicate regularly with Project Sponsors and other key stakeholders to provide updates and solicit feedback.
