What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Compunnel?
Impact :
This role is critical for the execution and success of our highest-priority orders. You will work directly with corporate catering clients, supporting their order needs to achieve our quarterly Gross Order Volume (GOV) goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Concierge Order Experience (Estimated 25 orders per week per person)
- Coordinate orders with clients.
- Build catering orders for external approval.
- Place orders and support adjustments as needed.
- Merchant Order Management and Rapid Acquisition (Estimated 15 orders per week per person)
- Coordinate with merchants for orders that fall outside the scope of our existing product.
- Collaborate with merchants to ensure orders meet client needs (e.g., sufficient food quantities).
- Enable catering orders from merchants not yet onboarded into our Large Order (LO) program.
- Delivery Support (Estimated 5 orders per week per person)
- Serve as a client-facing representative, accompanying Dashers on high-stakes orders to ensure a smooth experience.
- Provide support beyond Dashers’ responsibilities, such as purchasing last-minute utensils.
- Support training and onboarding of new Dashers into the catering program.
