Banner Technology Product Owner

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Technology Product Owner to lead and manage impactful projects aimed at enhancing the student experience through innovative technology solutions. This role involves overseeing auto registration processes, optimizing financial aid systems, managing degree programs, and improving financial aid experiences. The position offers remote work flexibility with occasional onsite visits in Columbia, MD.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in Banner for registration and degree planning (Degree Works preferred).

• Proficiency in Banner AR (Accounts Receivable).

• Strong knowledge of financial aid systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and assertively when needed.
