What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Compunnel?
Job Description:SUMMARY:Requires a person with a can-do attitude and is able to work independently when required. Onsite in Harvard Square will most likely be 1 or 2 days a week (flexibility on which days - this will be determined by when customers are able to schedule). Requires a solid understanding of service delivery and a service mindset and ability to work with customers at every level. MUST HAVE experience with Scheduling Services (Robin preferred), Print Services (Paper Cut preferred), and Virtual Desktop. Experience with documentation, requirements gathering, knowledge of Azure Cloud and networking. This person will be working on projects and operational support. This person will be working in various levels on different services. Needs to be a self-starter, not someone who works off of a playbook. 5-10 years of experience.Additional client information:
