We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
• Work with business partners and stakeholders to understand data / reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to understand business questions and deliver high-quality exploratory analyses.
• Build, update, and productionize dashboards for business use.
• Provide descriptive analysis and sizing to support business decision-making processes.
• Develop insights from data to help shape strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications :
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within business intelligence.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and / or other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Previous experience in a technology or logistics company is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.
