Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate, data-savvy Data Scientist to join our Analytics team and drive growth through data-driven insights and opportunity discovery. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Data, and senior leadership, to influence the company’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis & Insights : Synthesize data from various analytics tools to uncover actionable insights related to customer behavior, digital sales, and customer value delivery. Clearly communicate recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, providing opportunity analysis, measurement plans, dashboards, and post-release testing analyses.
- Data Visualization : Create intuitive and compelling dashboards to enable business decision-making, focusing on automation, anomaly detection, and actionable visualizations.
- Data Extraction & Analysis : Extract and analyze data using tools such as Python, R, and / or SAS.
- Partnership & Evaluation : Partner with teams across Digital, Marketing, Product, and IT to evaluate the success of new initiatives.
- Fraud & Risk Collaboration : Work with Fraud and Risk teams to identify and mitigate threats to organizational assets.
- KPIs & Metrics : Help build KPIs and metrics that gauge the success of digital and omnichannel assets, while creating self-service dashboards to promote data access and insights.
- Automation & Efficiency : Apply automation techniques to streamline manual processes, improving accuracy and creating a suite of self-service assets.
Required Qualifications :
Education : Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a STEM-related degree. Or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in analytics or data science.
