Job Summary :
We are seeking a Process Operator with a strong background in operations, manufacturing, or production for our water regeneration plant located in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on operational experience in manufacturing or production environments and be able to safely operate within a water and chemical industry environment, following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
• Demonstrate technical ability to learn the water regeneration process and related systems.
• Safely operate within a water and chemical industry environment, following established procedures.
• Open / close valves to control the flow of water and chemicals through pipelines and hoses to regenerate mobile trailers and steel tanks.
• Learn to operate membrane cleaning skid equipment efficiently.
• Perform physical tasks such as pulling, moving, and connecting hoses between process equipment, mobile trailers, and steel tanks.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout shifts.
• Utilize process instrumentation and hand-held devices to carry out specific duties.
• Apply mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair mobile trailers, steel tanks, plant equipment, and piping.
• Conduct 5S duties, including housekeeping, painting, and other maintenance tasks as directed by supervision.
• Possess basic to intermediate computer skills for completing required paperwork.
