Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and monitor patient progress, identifying any sudden or subtle changes in their condition.
- Provide regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members regarding treatment and recovery.
- Administer prescribed treatments and monitor medication dosages.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and notify the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Provide continuous care and support to patients throughout their ICU recovery.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation before patient transfers.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
Certification : Basic Life Support , Licensed Practical Nurse
