Job Summary :
The IAM Delivery Manager will oversee cybersecurity projects and manage delivery engagements with a focus on ensuring security compliance, client satisfaction, and team efficiency. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills to handle multiple strategic and critical projects simultaneously, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage cybersecurity delivery engagements, including project transition and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee multiple strategic and critical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement and assist in creating security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on cybersecurity best practices.
• Facilitate meetings, incident calls, and other forums to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Monitor delivery health and process adherence, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
• Coordinate with management to define operational strategies and action plans based on customer feedback and satisfaction results.
• Communicate complex technological concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and precise manner.
• Ensure continuous communication and coordination with clients to maintain a positive relationship and high satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in project management, cybersecurity delivery, and client management.
• Knowledge of IT security policies, procedures, design, and implementation.
• Familiarity with security models such as ITIL, ISO27002, PCI DSS, and Cobit 5.
• Understanding of testing mechanisms aligned with OWASP and NIST standards.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity tools, people care, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle complex, competing priorities.
Certifications :
• CISM, CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker, or CompTIA CySA (Must Have).
• ITIL V3 / 4 Foundation or Expert (Good to Have).
• PMP or PRINCE2 (Good to Have).
