Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This role involves leading large-scale IT infrastructure integration or separation programs, driving infrastructure consolidation projects, and managing global technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud migration, IT security, and regulatory compliance, along with strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and drive project plans for IT infrastructure M&A initiatives.
• Define, manage, and promote project scope, reports, and essential project artifacts.
• Evaluate and recommend core documentation and artifacts for program, workstream, and project-level use.
• Develop and publish program documentation, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Re-plan project timelines, scope, and major milestones in collaboration with the CIS Integration team and IT PMO / IMO.
• Oversee infrastructure consolidation projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
• Lead cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align technical decisions with strategic business objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise and actively contribute to decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure and technical program management.
• At least 5 years' experience managing large-scale M&A integration or separation programs.
• Proven track record of successful infrastructure consolidation projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and infrastructure components.
• Experience in cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global technology transformation programs.
• Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced project and program management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong financial acumen for budget management and synergy analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Degree in business, management of IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
