Job Summary
The Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating, expediting, and managing the movement of materials and assemblies between Logistics and Manufacturing within the production facility.
This role involves ensuring material availability, maintaining accurate inventory records, and executing tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the movement of materials and assemblies according to the Production Schedule and governing SOPs.
- Communicate effectively with department supervisors to determine material requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and compile records of material inventory, expired materials, and material movements.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to improve business processes and ensure material flow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
