Job Summary :
We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure. This role will work under minimal supervision and handle mid to large-scale complex network projects. The engineer will assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and support a variety of infrastructure technologies, including Cisco and Extreme Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco and Aruba Wireless, Netscaler Load Balancers, and Infoblox DNS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Network Infrastructure Design & Implementation : Design, implement, and maintain a variety of network technologies and infrastructure solutions, including Cisco and Extreme Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco and Aruba Wireless, and Netscaler Load Balancers.
- Network Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across systems.
- Technology Assessment : Assess existing systems and recommend enhancements to optimize performance, security, and efficiency.
- Security & Firewall Management : Manage and configure Palo Alto Firewalls, ensuring proper security measures are in place.
- Monitoring & Analysis : Use network monitoring, management tools, and packet capture analysis to ensure network stability and diagnose issues.
- Collaboration & Project Management : Work alongside internal teams to support network projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Protocols & Network Optimization : Apply knowledge of network protocols (TCP / IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.) to optimize network performance and reliability.
