Key Responsibilities
- Mailroom Management : Handle incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, and distribution as needed.
- Production Support : Assist with various production-related tasks as required by the site.
- Hospitality : Provide support in hospitality services, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Flexibility : Adapt to a variety of duties that may change daily, weekly, or monthly across different sites.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
