Job Summary :
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Client accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Client Cash Management products and services,Client Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on Client accounts
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while meeting performance metrics
• Provide functional support for Client Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account / financial inquiries
• Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in a busy financial service center
Required Qualifications :
• Preference for 1 of the following criteria :
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
• Ability to handle high volume inquiries while maintaining professionalism
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in financial services or call center roles
