Key Responsibilities :
• Ensure data integrity through SQL queries, VLOOKUP, and data wrangling.
• Manage IT assets, specifically software assets, using ServiceNow.
• Perform remediation work and risk management.
• Collaborate with business analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct system configuration, run queries, and work within Excel.
• Participate in calls with engineers, understanding and using engineering terminology.
Required Qualifications :
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and VLOOKUP.
• Background in business analysis (BA).
• Experience in process improvement.
• Ability to perform system configuration and run queries in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with Oracle and Java.
• Familiarity with risk management and remediation work.
• Understanding of engineering terminology.
Education : Bachelors Degree
