The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized, patient-centered care in a critical care environment. This role requires acute monitoring, precise treatment delivery, and effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Monitoring and Evaluation :
Assess and monitor patient progress, identifying any sudden or subtle changes in medical condition.
Begin and manage treatment plans, including medication dosages.
Provide comprehensive care for patients during their recovery in the ICU.
Maintain accurate patient records and complete all necessary paperwork prior to patient transfers.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care experience.
Current CSFA License.
COVID vaccination compliance.
Certification : Basic life support
