Job Summary
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting in defining the project scope and managing the defined scope throughout the software development lifecycle. The role will serve as a liaison between the business and IT, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs. The candidate will have expertise in analyzing system requirements, designing enhancements, conducting testing, and providing training and support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
System Requirements & Design :
- Define the functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of systems.
- Act as a business subject matter expert and liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring technical solutions satisfy business needs.
- Lead the system requirements definition, design, testing, training, and implementation support.

Required Qualifications
Experience :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications related to business analysis or system design are a plus but not mandatory.
