Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in AWS to design, configure, and manage cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS services, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and policy enforcement. This role requires strong leadership skills to mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and manage AWS services for optimal performance and security.
• Implement and manage DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, preferably using CloudFormation.
• Enforce policies and controls through Policy as Code frameworks.
• Modify and optimize CI / CD pipelines using GitLab for efficient deployment.
• Work with containerization technologies for scalable and efficient cloud deployments.
• Manage both SQL and NoSQL databases within AWS infrastructure.
• Implement centralized logging solutions to enhance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS infrastructure and application issues.
• Define and execute AWS deployment strategies tailored to business needs.
• Create and review solution designs, test cases, runbooks, and documentation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and operation of AWS solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services, configurations, and best practices.
• Proven experience in building and managing CI / CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with centralized logging solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AWS infrastructure and application issues.
• Experience with various AWS deployment strategies.
• Strong documentation skills for creating solution designs and runbooks.
• Excellent planning, tracking, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
