Job Summary
The UX Specialist is responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing digital products such as websites and applications to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to implement effective design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align design implementation with project goals.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Facilitate usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and iterate on design solutions.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces and flows.
- Optimize user interactions, including navigation, form design, button placement, and micro-interactions.
- Ensure accessibility compliance to enable easy interaction for users with disabilities.
- Develop sitemaps and information hierarchies for logical and intuitive navigation.
