Trauma Program Manager - Full Time, Days
Location: Modesto, California
We are seeking an experienced Trauma Program Manager to join our team at a leading medical center in Modesto, California. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Administrator to promote optimal care for critically injured patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care of trauma patients, ensuring best practices in clinical care.
- Manage and maintain trauma registry records, including Quality Improvement reports.
- Develop and implement educational programs for trauma personnel, covering both prevention and all phases of trauma care.
- Monitor patient progress throughout hospitalization and ensure coordination of trauma services.
- Participate in staffing, budgeting, planning, leadership, and continuous quality improvement for trauma services.
Position Qualifications:
- Education: BSN preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Emergency or Critical Care preferred
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- ENPC and TNCC (Instructor preferred, within 6 months of hire)
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods, lift/push up to 25 lbs, and move quickly in response to emergencies.
- Must be able to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
- Vision sufficient to perform job duties.
Working Conditions:
- Regular exposure to contagious diseases, emergency situations, and unpredictable conditions.
- Occasionally exposed to radiation, biohazards, and other medical risks.
- May be required to work irregular hours due to emergency situations.
Compensation:
Salary range: $128,960 - $205,920 (based on qualifications and experience). Full-time benefits and potential relocation assistance for the ideal candidate.
