Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in staffing and recruitment, particularly in the light industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions to companies in the light industrial industry. This role will focus on providing exceptional service to existing clients while identifying new opportunities to grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the light industrial sector, focusing on manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution companies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient process for candidate placement and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities to expand our client base in the light industrial sector.
- Present and promote staffing services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client requirements.
- Monitor and track sales progress, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent the company and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3 years) in sales in staffing, or recruitment, specifically within the light industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of light industrial job markets, including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
