Job title: EHS Coordinator
Location: 59729 200th Street, Nevada, IA 50201
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-4.30PM
Payrate: $25/hr. on w2
Duration: 12 Months
Travel: Based on Client requirement
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of safety programs, compliance plans, and initiatives.
- Assist in routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company environmental, health and safety positions, procedures, and practices.
- Have Contractor Oversight including the administration of Contractor EHS Orientations, issuance of the Work permits, and ensuring sign-in/sign-out of contractors.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience with Environmental, Health and Safety background is highly preferred
- 100% onsite except for when they have to travel to other client locations.
- All travel will be arranged and paid by the manager.

- The ability to prioritize requests effectively and understand importance and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Analytical/problem solving skills, both written and verbal communications
