Job Type : Full-Time / Potential for Conversion to FTE

Job Description :

Join our dedicated team in a dynamic, innovative retail clinic environment, and make a positive impact on patient care. As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you will provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients ages 18 months and older, delivering exceptional patient care services in collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications : Experience :

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Application for DEA registration required at the time of offer.

    • Education :

  • Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current National Board Certification and valid State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

    • Vaccination Requirement :

  • All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date (subject to approved medical or religious exemptions).

    • Working Hours :

  • Monday-Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM
  • Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
  • Sunday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
  • Every other weekend required
