Job Title: Stamping Inventory Control Systems Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to support the development and deployment of regional Stamping Inventory Control Systems across North America. This role focuses on supporting daily production within Stamping Shops by helping to control inventory and collect steel material usage data to ensure efficient production operations.
You will collaborate closely with teams in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Control, and Accounting to implement and improve steel inventory systems and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects related to the deployment, testing, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) of the Steel Blank Inventory Traceability System (STAMPS) and the Coil Data Tracking System (CDTS).
- Support daily operations and systems used for tracking stamped steel materials across manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Participate in system hardware and software deployment activities across stamping shops.
- Support meetings, trainings, and hands-on support activities both remotely and on-site.
- Ensure standardization and optimization of processes across various locations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong background in project management or manufacturing/maintenance systems development.
- Manufacturing experience in either Stamping or Maintenance.
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with system tools and project coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with various departments.
Preferred:
- Experience working with inventory control systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Background in Production Control or Manufacturing Systems projects.
- Ability to travel across North America, including Canada and Mexico (most trips <3 days; deployments may last up to 2 weeks).
- Experience supporting system rollouts and process standardization initiatives.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
