Job Description:
- The main responsibility is to assist Analytical lab analysis by performing chemical and physical analysis of both beverage and concentrate samples under the direction of lab manager and senior members of the team.
- The daily work includes preparing chemical solutions, performing sample dilutions as needed, performing wet chemistry analysis such as pH, TA, density, Brix, CO2 analysis, color analysis, volatile extraction by following approved methods, and supporting other tasks assigned by lab manager.
Must have skills:
- BS degree in science degree such as chemistry with good computer skills MS Word and Excel etc.
- Must be a team player, well organized and detail oriented in performing lab work to ensure data quality of the analysis.
- Will consider all qualified candidates with good learning skills and good communication skills.
- Must be able to follow lab safety procedure and good lab practices.
