Who we are : We are a well-established, reputable IT provider specific to the dental industry with locations and customers across the country. We are currently expanding in the Las Vegas & Henderson, Nevada areas, with clients already in place and we are looking for an experienced field technician to accommodate our clients and this growing market.. This is a hybrid position meaning the incumbent will work both remotely and in the field (dental offices).
As a dental IT provider, we provide IT services specifically to dental offices. We do not expect to find someone experienced with "Dental IT" specifically, just a great technician that we can teach the dental side to.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide both remote and onsite technical support to the dental industry.
- Hardware / software installations at various dental practices as needed including network cabling.
- Ensure periodic backups and remote monitoring of client assets.
- Respond to client tickets in a prompt and timely manner.
- Follow up with doctors office to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
The pay range for this position is $21-$23 per hour
Full time Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Paid holiday, sick days, and vacation included.
Salary : $21 - $23
