ezLocator® transforms the golf industry by offering superintendents and golf professionals an innovative solution that improves greens management and streamlines communication and event planning. By optimizing course setup, the software saves time and resources for superintendents while ensuring better playing conditions, which can significantly enhance the overall golf experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation
- Manage weekly marketing emails through HubSpot, targeting prospects and existing
customers.
Develop compelling content for email campaigns, including videos, graphics, headers,and footers.
Collaborate on website development to enhance user experience.Plan and execute social media strategies, primarily focusing on Instagram and Twitter,with consistent weekly posts and elevated content quality.
Create high-quality marketing collateral, such as templates, sales materials, andgraphics, ensuring alignment with the ezLocator brand.
Promote product features and updates through creative campaigns and visual content.Develop targeted campaigns to engage new markets and upsell to existing clients.Drive innovation by incorporating new technologies and client insights into marketingand product development efforts.
Video Production
Produce a variety of video content, including feature highlights, testimonial videos,customer training videos, and general marketing videos.
Update and maintain existing video assets to keep them relevant and engaging.Market Research & Client Engagement
Take an active role in setting long-term marketing strategy.Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential clients.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and conduct outreach to expand market reach.Strategize to increase brand relevance in the industry and identify growth opportunities.Research and implement automation tools to streamline marketing and operationalworkflows.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Work closely with sales, operations, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goalsAssist with client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless introduction to ezLocator’ssolutions.
Assist / provide customer support, including handling one-off requests, troubleshooting, and addressing client-specific needs.Assist / Collaborate on creating and maintaining resources such as ILOP reports, heat maps, and training materials.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with CRM platforms like HubSpot.Proficiency in graphic design and video production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,Canva).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multipleprojects.
Creative thinker with a passion for elevating brand presence and developing strategiccampaigns.
Functioning familiarity with the game of golf.Benefits
