We are Growing South Florida based IT Service Company with an awesome company culture. We are looking for Full Time IT Technicians and Network Engineers to add to our Team. We focus on supporting small to mid-size business and believe we go above and beyond to understand their needs and technology to customize and deliver sound, strategic IT solutions that function as part of our clients' long-term business strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
Frontline support for inbound customer support requests for our client base. Work to resolve technical issues that our clients face on their day-to-day operations. Implement solutions and document known issues in customer environments. Work as a part of a help desk team to provide our clients with the absolute best level of customer service that we can.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to users on various types of service requests; coordinate with additional technical staff when problems require additional analysis or assistance.
- Document and follow-up on service tickets using ticketing software.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing problems and determining solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Windows Workstation Environment
- Ability to Implement / Configure / Deploy Workstations per our SOPs
- Expert level experience in Customer Service
- Ability to de-escalate a customer
- Ability to determine client needs via phone/email communication
- Expert level in basic troubleshooting
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Environment
- Expert knowledge of basic networking equipment and protocols
- Working knowledge of VPNs (SSL, GVC, Site-2-Site)
- Working knowledge of LANs/WANs
- Working knowledge of Unifi Controller
- Basic knowledge of documentation
