have a passion for technology, excellent CAD skills (with a preference for AutoCAD proficiency), and strong communication abilities, we want to hear from you!
Position : CAD / CAM Software Application Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing software-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct comprehensive software training sessions for clients and internal team members.
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and report software bugs and issues.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software features and updates to provide expert assistance to users.
- Participate in on-site visits to client locations.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless software experience.
