Position : Software Application Specialist

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to clients (CNC Programmers), addressing CAD / CAM software-related inquiries and issues.
Conduct CAD / CAM software training sessions for clients and internal team members.- Collaborate with our development team to identify and report software bugs and issues.
Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
Stay up to date with the latest software features and updates to provide expert assistance to users.
Participate in on-site visits to client locations.
Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless software experience.

Qualifications :

Understand CNC machine operation, including setting up tools, selecting cutting parameters, and running production jobs on various CNC machines (lasers, mills, lathes, etc.).

CAD skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to travel (limited).
