What You’ll Do:

• Assist Customers: Use your fundamental tech knowledge to guide customers in selecting products and services, from custom gaming PCs to mobile repairs and accessories.

• Manage Customer Interactions: Leverage customer management software to streamline communication, ensure follow-ups, and create a seamless service experience.

• Drive Sales: Apply your retail experience to connect with customers, recommend services and drive device sales, and support their tech needs.

• Innovate & Contribute: Bring a fresh, forward-thinking approach to how we deliver customer service, and help shape the future of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Self-Starter: Someone who thrives on initiative, enjoys working independently, and approaches challenges with creativity and energy.

• Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of technology basics—whether it’s mobile devices, computers, or accessories—and a desire to learn more.

• Retail Experience: Proven ability to engage customers and drive sales in a fast-paced retail or customer service setting.

• Exceptional Communication: Clear, confident communication skills in person, on the phone, and online.

• Positive & Professional: A friendly, approachable attitude, with the ability to create meaningful connections and leave a lasting positive impression.
