As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including picking and packing orders, operating forklifts, managing inventory control, loading and unloading shipments, and stocking shelves. Duties:
- Perform order picking and packing using a pick list or handheld device
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Stock shelves with incoming merchandise in an organized manner
- Package items securely for shipping to ensure safe delivery
- Utilize AS400 system to track and update inventory information
