Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Details
- Location: Greenville, SC
- Pay Range: $40 per hour
- Hours: 8am-5pm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable workflow
- Route statements to appropriate personnel
- Process invoice approvals and vendor account postings
- Conduct vendor account reconciliations
- Perform problem resolution in Procure to Pay (P2P) process
Requirements
- 3 years professional accounting experience
- Strong Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge
- SAP experience
- Goods receipt and invoice receipt process expertise
- 3-way match reconciliation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (completed or in progress)
Preferred Qualifications
- Big data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Power Apps experience
